Solar Victoria Authorised Retailer

BluPlanet is proud to be an Authorised Retailer under the Solar Victoria Solar Homes Program, allowing eligible Victorian households to access government rebates on approved solar and hot water installations.

Solar Victoria authorises retailers that meet strict program requirements, including the use of eligible products, accredited installers, and high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. This ensures customers receive compliant installations and can access available government incentives with confidence (Solar Victoria, 2025).

NET Approved Seller (New Energy Tech Consumer Code)

BluPlanet is also a NET Approved Seller, operating under the New Energy Tech Consumer Code (NETCC).

The NETCC is Australia's nationally recognised consumer protection code for businesses supplying new energy technologies such as solar panels, battery storage, electric vehicle chargers, and other clean energy products. The Code sets high standards for ethical sales practices, transparent quotations, quality workmanship, warranties, and after-sales support, giving customers greater confidence when investing in renewable energy solutions.

Working Towards VEU Accreditation

While BluPlanet is not currently accredited under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program, we are actively working towards achieving this accreditation.

The VEU program helps Victorian households and businesses reduce energy costs by providing discounts on eligible energy efficient products, including heating and cooling systems, hot water systems, lighting, and other energy saving technologies.
